Selection Process
The Program Chairs will evaluate all accepted conference full papers and shortlist
approximately 5–7 high-quality submissions for each participating journal, based on their
scientific quality, originality, and alignment with the journal’s scope. The shortlisted papers
will then be forwarded to the respective Journal Editor for further consideration. Each Editor
may subsequently select approximately 3–5 papers from the shortlisted pool and invite the
authors to submit an extended journal version. Invited manuscripts will undergo the journal’s
standard peer-review process. An invitation to submit an extended version does not guarantee
acceptance, and all submissions will be evaluated in accordance with the journal’s established
editorial and peer-review criteria. Only shortlisted paper authors will be contacted for further
instructions.
